The judge just issued more instructions to the jury, asking them not to put where everyone stands numerically in any future note.

The only problem is they did it. It can’t be undone. Everybody knows there is one lone hold out with a target on his back. And if it is wrong to do it going forward, it was wrong to do in the first place.

And Redington leaves court yesterday and says the juror has been identified.

This is outright juror intimidation, regardless of how you feel about the case.

Hubster and I were discussing the Clancy case (he's trying to ignore it - fair) while in our walk today and how it effects employers. Odd connection, I know.

Our staff are all women, and we're in medical care. Going forward we'll be checking social media profiles for cases like this to make sure possible new hires are mentally stable enough. (Normally we just check for drama, excesses, weird behavior in general that might spill over.) If they think it's ok to off their kids because of hormones, will they think its appropriate to stab a patient because they have PMS/menopause?

To be fair, our staff (barring two previous hires who just weren't good workers) have been amazing. They've gone through life changes with barely an indication, short of "Can we open a window please?", like most normal humans, as we would expect.

But clearly we're not living in normal times, and we'll have to take further steps going forward. I never thought (especially as a woman) I'd have to vet for hormones ...

⚡- The mother, Corie Walsh, who killed her 2-year-old and then attempted suicide in Frankfurt, Illinois, has been charged with killing her child. It has also been confirmed that Walsh had been “actively discussing” the Lindsay Clancy case in a group chat with friends about three and a half hours before her child was discovered dead.
