Stop the rage, stop the hate, resist disunity. These ALL come from one place and it's not God. All these EMOTIONS are designed for one purpose, destruction.
Look no further than the past. The best example is Germany. They started with introducing gay culture, then it was transgender. Don't believe me? Look it up. It morphed to taking control and "providing" the population with their needs; food, healthcare, luxury items like cars and radios. They took over the schools and indoctrinated the children. They took over the courts installing judges only willing to follow the current government.
Don't remember? Look it up.
Then they took freedoms and the ability for self protection.
Then the final stage.
HATRED AND BLAME IT ALL ON THE JEWS. The last step, the final solution, extermination. But it wasn't just the Jews now was it? They started with the babies, the elderly, the dissidents, the disobeyers, the Gypsies, those who were mentally ill and disabled, even the Christians.
"Those who REFUSE to look at the past, are DOOMED to repeat it." There is that pesky word again, DOOM.
Despite their attempt to trick Jesus by the so-called religious leaders and the professional class of the day, Jesus told them what was necessary. GOD FIRST and that involves LOVE not hate.
Matthew 22
"34 But when the Pharisees heard that He had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together.
35 Then one of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, and saying, 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?”
37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall LOVE the LORD YOUR GOD with all your HEART, with all your SOUL, and with all your MIND.’
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall LOVE your NEIGHBOR as YOURSELF.’
40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
Who is your neighbor? Back then, it was people you lived near, the people on the street, people in the church, people in the market, people in your family.
Today? People you live near, people on the street, people in the church, people in the market, people in your family. Now, that includes people online.
God calls us to love. If we can't, we are nothing more than a lot of noise. That's what I'm hearing now. A whole lot of noise.
I Corinthians 13
"1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but HAVE NOT LOVE, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal."
Finally, we are to PRAY and respect our leaders. God's command and it comes with a promise.
Why? GOD PUT THEM THERE.
I Timothy 2
"Therefore I exhort FIRST of all that SUPPLICATIONS, PRAYERS, INTERCESSION, and GIVING of THANKS be made for ALL MEN,
2 for kings and ALL WHO ARE IN AUTHORITY, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.
3 For this is GOOD and ACCEPTABLE in the SIGHT of GOD our SAVIOR,
4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
5 For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,
6 who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time,
7 for which I was appointed a preacher and an apostle—I am speaking the truth in Christ and not lying—a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth."
