Reminds me of Dr. Kory in his book.

PARAPHRASE
Let' examine just 2 examples of serious conflicts of interest by the Principal Investigator Dr. Mills that calls into question as why he was hired to do the death nail on ivermectin. It doesnt cover every study but it does show a blueprint underlying what they were trying to do.

1. First while Dr. Mills was running the TOGETHER Trial in Brazil—which concluded that ivermectin had "no effect whatsoever"—he was simultaneously acting as a lead investigator on the clinical trial pipeline for Merck’s molnupiravir, an alternative on a patentable replacement for ivermectin which had gone off patent many years before so they could not make money from it anymore.

2. Second in the TOGETHER trial assessing ivermectin, the Principal Investigator (PI), Dr. Edward Mills in his presentation to the NIH Collaboratory Grand Rounds (such as his early results briefing on August 6, 2021, and his comprehensive ivermectin review on March 18, 2022), did not cite prior ivermectin use in the main inclusion/exclusion criteria slides. This was important because the trial was conducted in Minas Gerais, Brazil, during a period (mid-2021) when over-the-counter, off-label ivermectin use was exceptionally high. Local municipalities were actively distributing "COVID kits" that included ivermectin, and public health campaigns heavily promoted its prophylactic use and its availability for over the counter purchase at their drugstore. And at no point was this ever mentioned by the team in their final write up.

So net, the control group was "contaminated" with the active drug, making it naturally blunted from a statistical difference perspective between the two arms such that the intervention leg with ivermectin given looked ineffective (futility) even if a biological effect existed.

But unless you read beyond the studies and examine how they were designed and discussed in open conferences you will never get to the truth behind how they manipulated studies to get the answers they want.

Oh I fully realize you will cry bunk and dismiss what is written here. But at least others can see not all is ever as it seems at the surface.

AOC will run for president…

AOC was asked if she’s going to run for president.

Her body language is very telling.

First, you clearly see that it’s the status / power she finds alluring. The high regard that she holds herself in by virtue of the question itself.

But her behavior and subtle admission belies her denial / deflection.

She has the obligation to remain focused on midterms, and “not on our individual aspirations or plans”.

Well, there’s your answer.

Also, look at the contempt she has on her face when answering the question about Chuck Schumer at the end.

Can’t record the actual debate, but this is what the setup looks like. It’s pretty amazing.

I. THE INTRODUCTION

A. Art of the Day
  • My idea for a perfect Saturday brunch, sitting by an open window in Venice along the canals, fresh flowers gracing the table and balcony, the blue skies and 18th century buildings smiling back, gondoliers parked, an Italian meal awaiting, in this Atlantis of cultured living.

B. Wisdom of the Day
  • Hubris infects the strong, not the weak; the clever, not the  knave; the smart, not the illiterate; the previously successful, not the prior failed. It’s what makes it so inviting, so tempting, and so destructive — precisely because it infects the very people who need to be most immune from it.

I. THE INTRODUCTION

A. Art of the Day
  • The well worn wooden desk, the papers stacked, the lamp lit office, the window’s view to the outer worls, the chalkboard for inspiration, the books stacked, the deep leather chair, and a bottle of bourbon for the work’s end. A perfect office.
