Bongino on Epstein

That title sounds gross lol

I will talk about this in greater detail during today’s show.

Goodwill, credibility and integrity are invaluable intangible assets that take years to develop. Not everyone is capable of developing them, because not everyone has character.

@dbongino has deservedly earned his goodwill, credibility, and integrity through years of life experience, incredible insight, and thoughtful analysis. One does not get to disregard all of that because you might disagree - even vehemently - with him on a specific issue.

We heard what he had to say about Epstein.

He says he believes Epstein killed himself.

I vehemently disagree with this statement, specifically because even if Epstein did “kill himself” literally - with the extra linens that were inexplicably provided to him, after the cell cameras malfunctioned, and the security guards slept - though he may have “killed himself” in the literal semantical sense, it is inaccurate in the material sense.

It was an inside job to tie up loose ...

Biden audio

the audio of the section of Biden’s Hur interview pertaining to his son leaked.

Here it is.

Four minutes and 30 seconds and he still doesn’t answer the question “where did you keep the papers”.

Plus, he had notes!

I would like to see those notes, and know who prepared them.

Appearance on Richard Syrette

I did a quick hit on Richard Syrette yesterday. Gotta keep Canadians apprised of the U.S. madness.

Planned Appearances

Art of the Day: A lifelong favorite of mine, a gift from my brother when young, reflecting the fearlessness of the working class folks who build those fancy castles in the sky, unafraid and unaffected sitting up miles in the sky just snacking on a little lunch. Their extraordinary achievement, their direct sense of success, and their fearlessness toward the risks of the world always fascinated me as a child, and to this very day, remains one of my favorite American photos.

Book Recommendation: Grapes of Wrath. A seminal text by a legendary American writer.

Wisdom of the Day: “A sad soul can kill you quicker, far quicker, than a germ.” John Steinbeck.

Planned Appearances

Art of the Day: A dinner in the vineyards. At the invite of a Burgundy wine maker, I once enjoyed a luscious dinner amidst the landscape dressed with grape vines, as we dined from locally made produce, the fresh baked bread of the local baker, the requisite mustard from Dijon and cheese from neighboring dairy farmers, accompanied by fresh fruit and vegetables from his neighbors’ gardens, and finished with wine made from the grapes of the vineyard itself, aged more than a decade in the French Oak barrels of the winery's own cellars. A most memorable way to dine.

Book Recommendation: Senator Nye: the forgotten Republican anti-war tradition.

Wisdom of the Day: “That in nearly every war it is the people who bear the burdens and that it is not the people who cause wars bringing them no advantage, but that they are caused by fear and jealousy coupled with the purpose of men and interests who expect to profit by them." Senator Gerald Nye.

Planned Appearances

Art of the Day: My dream office. A marriage of old English style study with futuristic vision enveloped by nature itself – the hard wood floors, old leathery chairs, delicate rugs, ovacular egg-shaped open-air desk, classic texts carefully bound in rising bookcases, interrupted by open windows embracing the sky, trees, and stars surrounding us, embedding the work-space into God’s creation, where the archives of nature map the eternal truths onto the soul mirrored in the many texts within and the mind’s inner narratives of the workspace itself.

Book Recommendation: Princes of the Yen by Richard Werner reveals how industrial policy rescued post-war Japan and central bank financialization destroyed it.

Wisdom of the Day: “Banks can create money out of nothing.” Richard Werner.
