I have no idea currently who that guy is whom President Trump is addressing with this post, but I do notice that #45/47 is making one special term / concept a cornerstone of his messaging and campaign strategy.

L.O.V.E.

It's not exactly brand new with him; at practically every rally he will say things like "we love the people of [insert state]".
But he's pushing it to much more prominence now.
And it's authentic, because basically, he does seem to be empathetic to all kinds of people, and THE people of the nation in general.
Or why would people of all kinds feel that he respects them and is their champion and they would in turn crawl over broken glass in order to support him?

The left on the other hand, while screaming "hate crime" and stuff 24/7, insulting almost everybody of being offensive, and racist and you know the list, are only projecting; THEY are themselves the hateful ones.
