Gavin is mad at me for telling people about his ā€œprank.ā€
I used to have an opener who did this hilarious prank and told me he had brain cancer so I gave him money. When a woman fakes a rape is that a hilarious prank to not spill the beans on? When I urged my listeners to donate to Gavin’s lawsuit against the SPLC was that a funny prank too?
Vox was blogging about it, everyone was scared and supporting him and I knew it was fake. And that he was never going to come clean.
I’m sure now he’s going to try one of his psychopathic pranks against me so I’m setting the record here.
I’m a professional comedian and I have no idea how someone can claim that pretending to be raided by the fbi and never coming clean is ā€œcomedy.ā€
I didn’t even say his name directly when I streamed about it and said I still find him funny. But if he wants to do the ominous and slightly threatening ā€œwe are doneā€ bullshit, before he can do his little pranks, this is what actually happened.
I was getting hit up because the government was arresting commentators like Gavin and me, Vox was blogging about it, everyone was scared. I asked him, he told me he was running a little scam and not to say anything and he was never coming clean.
Well, I can’t stand this shit. I went to the right wing politically because I thought the left were grifting immoral liars. Boy was I mistaken.
His response should have been ā€œI guess u didn’t get the jokeā€ after I spilled his beans. Or ā€œway to ruin the joke.ā€ But it’s pretty obvious this was never a joke it was an attention grift at the expense of his listeners and American institutions. I don’t regret telling my listeners at all. And don’t pretend that I betrayed Gavin and I’m trying to sabotage ā€œthe rightā€ or some shit. I’m actually an honest dude who won’t sit there and let people go along with a scam when I know the truth about it. And trust me, this isn’t a ā€œprank.ā€ Ruining a ā€œprankā€ doesn’t get people saying ā€œwe are done.ā€
And no I don’t ā€œburn every bridge,ā€ and ā€œGavin loves you what’s wrong with you?!ā€
I’m not a political, power, or money oriented person. Don’t try and include me in ur fucking scams or I’m telling people.

I’m so ready for a JD Vance presidency, I want someone consistent, someone who doesn’t piss me off routinely with shit staff picks or ignoring big issues important to me. Someone who can explain positions transparently, someone I don’t have to defend routinely, someone who can actually bring some of the left back from the extremes. Trump is the best president of my lifetime, but the bar wasn’t that high, I think we can do better, at least I hope so.

If President Trump isn't going to listen to people in his own administration and the people in his own base via X, Truth, podcasts, polls, and events, then who IS he going to listen to?

I know this has been compared to COVID; but this is different. There were many, many fewer people speaking out against COVID, and to my knowledge he never went after critics in his own base directly then.

Even if he wanted to take this route, this is the worst way he could do it. I'm done giving the benefit of the doubt. This is on him 100%.

  • The American Revolution. The Declaration of Independence. July 4th, 1776.
  • A new doctrine of legitimacy for the exercise of state power. Henceforth, legitimate government depended upon the consent of the governed. This was because each individual held ā€œthe separate and equal stationā€ by the logic of natural law — ā€œthe Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them.ā€Ā This thus further entitled them ā€œto dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earthā€ whenever made necessary by the conditions of their government.Ā 
  • The eternal truths of the ends of government remained the same truths as God ordained, reason entitled, and nature spoke: the ā€œself-evident truthsā€ included that ā€œall men are created equalā€ and as such endowed by their Creator ā€œwith certain unalienable Rightsā€ of the right to life, the right to liberty, and the right to the pursuit of happiness. This, and this alone, is the reason for government — ā€œto secure these rights.ā€ Security wasn't for physical safety but rather for liberty -- security measured by respect for the right to liberty, the right to life, and the right to the pursuit of happiness. Thereby, wherever and whenever government ā€œbecomes destructiveā€ toward the right to life, the right to liberty, and the right to the pursuit of happiness, then the self-evident right endowed by the Creator, and his creations in nature and reason, entitles ā€œthe peopleā€ to alter such government, abolish such government, and to, in their place, ā€œinstitute new Government.ā€
  • The conservative counter to the radicalism inherent in the right of revolution was to temper such revolutionary spirit that ā€œlong establishedā€ forms of government only be changed for causes neither ā€œlightā€ nor ā€œtransient.ā€ It is only upon a ā€œlong train of abuses and usurpationsā€ that would reduce them to despotism that it becomes their ā€œdutyā€ to ā€œthrow off such Governmentā€ and provide better ā€œGuards for their future security.ā€
  • The founders then laid out the evidentiary pleadings for their right to revolt, noting the dilution of the people’s right to pass laws on its behalf, the corruption of the judiciary from enforcing the laws impartially, and the rogue executive ignoring the invasion from within and without.Ā This breach of forms bred results undesired and insecure to the people, including standing armies invading homes without cause, bureaucratic expansion that ā€œsent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substanceā€, subject Americans to ā€œa jurisdiction foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by our lawsā€, with ā€œmock Trialsā€ held by partial jurors away from the community of the judged, taxes without consent, unwarranted drafts into forced military service against their own people, and leaving borders unprotected from merciless dangers, while all petitions for redress of these grievances went unanswered and unaddressed.Ā This left no choice but to declare our independence, rooting our government in both conservative claims and radical revolutionary aims, restoring power to the people our Creator endowed with inalienable rights which appeal to nature and reason — the archives of nature and the rights of man as God’s forensic fingerprint on the nature of man and earth alike.Ā 
  • It is thus we must again renew the oath — ā€œfor the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.ā€Ā
