If you were the CIA analyst, or Hollywood screenwriter, drafting a false flag to induce America to send troops into Ukraine, what would you craft? Some examples I've heard so far: a Russian missile hitting a civilian aircraft carrying European and American guests (ala Malaysian Airlines Flight 17); a submarine attack off American shores blamed on Russia (ala Pearl Harbor, Lusitania, the Maine, Gulf of Tonkin); a poisoning of US officials blamed on Russia (ala Skirpal, Navalny, Litvinenko, Yuschenko); a bioweapons attack on US or European soil blamed on Russia (ala Syria, wmds in Iraq). What would you be on the look out for?

I doubt these things are effective - especially since it was a jury finding. But apparently the judge said ""Do not bring the Second Amendment into this courtroom. It doesn’t exist here. So you can’t argue Second Amendment. This is New York."
