I posted this in Baris' room a while back and I'd be curious to hear others' takes on this here.

I occasionally hear Limbaugh talked about still. Many hold Rush Limbaugh in high esteem to this day. I personally don't. In my opinion, he had a massive following and squandered it to sell out to Bush #1, and even more egregious to sell out to Bush #2 for 8 years. He completely pushed the neo-con agenda on his show and unwittingly encouraged crony-capitalism.

Are we supposed to hand wave all this away because he came to his senses and supported Trump before his passing? He could have really been a big asset in destroying the corrupt Republican establishment but instead was a key figure in giving it support in the 2000's, especially with many other pundits following his lead.

Spotted this where we were camping

You want to know how brainwashed people are in Canada?

I saw this at the entrance of an antique shop the middle of rural Quebec.

In an area that relies heavily on the tourism.

A sign that likely violates Quebec’s language laws (signs must be bilingual and the French portion needs to be “clearly predominant”).

Pure brainwashed idiocy.

The definition of cutting off your nose to spite your face.

This man would rather lose money than take it from his ideological adversaries.

And he is filled with such hate, he feels compelled to share it with the world.

Needless to say, we did not enter the store.

I blacked out the address because I’m not interested in “doxxing” the store or exposing him to Coles, negative reviews… He’s just a brainwashed and misguided individual.

Probably a total asshole in real life as well. 😂
