Camping with the family

Internet connection is going to be bad, but we made it to our location.

These are the same tents I used to go camping with Marion before we had kids.

Best tents ever!

we even have a small tent for the dogs! Let’s see how this works out.

This is why the divide and conquer strategy works so well, and why the left pursues it in America. If you have good social cohesion, which western culture has uniquely produced to the highest standard in history, you can achieve radical improvements, unlike what the world has ever seen, purely through development of human capital.

Post-Truth & Conspiracy Psychosis World

We have entered the post-truth, conspiracy psychosis world.

There is not truth.

Everything is an unfalsifiable conspiracy. And it makes everyone less reliable.

MTG posted this (only the first image). "I thought masks deploy when a plane nosedives to 14,000 feet". The underlying suggestion being... it didn't happen? It didn't happen as we're being told? It was a set-up?

By all accounts, the plane did rapidly descend. Unless all amateur / aviation enthusiasts are wrong and the actual data trackers are wrong.

And many will come to that conclusion to make the "false flag" true even if it means contradicting "demonstrable" facts. "I don't believe the actual data". Ok, unfalsifiable.

Descending 17,000 feet in 2 minutes is not a nose dive. It's massively more of a descent than standard (3 percent descent normal vs. 10 to 16 percent, if over the course of +/- 2 minutes.

According to some data enthusiasts, the descent occurred in 30 seconds. Even more of a wild plunge (gettin closer to a "nosedive" ), but ...

A. Art of the Day

Another artistic expression of my own self-impression, the contemplative thought of looking out into the world through the oversized window amidst the shadows of dark and light, in between them both, uncovering and discovering along the way, a singular, solo figure in the space empty of objects but full of opportunities, sparse in materials but rich in ideas, waiting to be realized.

B. Wisdom of the Day

The early morning hue, the fog of the dawn, the invitation of a new day, the beckoning of a promising journey, a simple man with a suitcase awaiting the train, to someplace, somewhere, maybe escaping, maybe seeking, the attractive allure of a new day.

A. Art of the Day

The mirrored reflection creating a paralleled world above and below, the fearsome crocodile coasting in the waterways made from centuries ago, a reminder of the power of the past and the potential of the present in the majestic ancient animal of our past and potential.

B. Wisdom of the Day

“Animal communication is like any other form of telepathic, intuitive conversation. The thoughts and feelings of people and animals carry energetic signatures, communicated through very primal, nonverbal channels.” Elizabeth Eiler.
