Will it be live-streamed? Is it right or wrong? Will it have the effects people argue it will have if streamed?

If anybody needed a reminder as to why you do not represent yourself, here it is.

The underlying case: On July 14, 2024, Treylyn Hill met a gun seller to buy a rifle. Instead of paying, he pointed a handgun at the seller and a passenger, took the rifle, and later fired multiple shots at them as they followed him.

He was sentenced to 40 years.

Cornell 7 Twist: He Says SHE Sodomized Him While He Was Incapacitated!

I did a quick hit on Richard Syrette yesterday. Gotta keep Canadians apprised of the U.S. madness.

Closing Argument: Birthright citizenship is deeply American, and wholly Constitutional.

Audio podcast style.

There’s a story of a guy who just got killed by a tiger after somehow getting into the enclosure.

Don’t worry, I’m not sharing the video. It’s out there, nothing too graphic - but it doesn’t appear to be the moment the man was killed by the tiger.

What I find interesting about the video is that it didn’t even look like the tiger was attacking out of anger/hunger. it just looked like the tiger thought it was an interesting toy to play with.

Don’t know if the guy was mentally ill, or what he was up to.

But as they say, sometimes your sole purpose in life is to serve as a warning to others.

I just hope they don’t kill that tiger.

This story is going viral. The punchline is not as bad as everybody says. The father took his kid up El Capitan.

Somebody called CPS to complained.

CPS ultimately did not intervene.

in my view, rightly so.

What does the community think? Good parenting? Just parenting? Or bad parenting?

I think it’s totally fine. Statistically, camping is more dangerous than rock climbing.

Also, I don’t see what the solution would be other than imposing age limits on a certain activities. Whitewater rafting too?

This is a parenting decision that is well within the bounds of responsible parenting decisions. In my view.
