I Did My 30 Minute Work-Out In 35 Minutes -- OR -- Enjoying Life While Pee'ing Blue and Breathing Tree Bark...

I seriously damaged my lungs from decades of excessive smoking and drinking; that completes our background information for this post.

I've gone through numerous protocols including carrying around Oxygen tanks for a couple of years, taking prescriptions like Trelogy, (which was helpful, but no path to get off it was ever suggested), blood pressure, gabapentin, and too many others to list. Since December, 2024, I've only taken 3 supplements other than vitamins; Methylene Blue, DMSO, and Marijuana Gummies, (I take 10 mg at a time for 30-40 mg/day).

Oh, and another Board member suggested Wim Hof breathing which I did three times a day, but I’m now good with just doing it first thing in the morning. This exercise has taken the longest to improve as I could only hold my breath for 30 seconds for most of the time, but it too has proven beneficial as I can do the deep expulsion of breaths while waiting for the next round to start.

So, I’ve been messing around with how much M. Blue to take – I’ve gone as high as ~35 + mg, (70 drops) but that is too high a quantity for me. They use 45 mg in the hospital to deal with acute poisoning, so anything past that amount gets dangerous. If your heart feels too fast or you cannot sleep, you’re likely taking too much. I, on the other hand, was falling asleep every night after cleaning up from dinner and now I can stay up with Trophy Wife and watch a bit of TV.

Oh, if you plan on taking this, you will spill and it will stain! Just make sure whatever you use is not precious to you. Also, guys, blue splashback ensures you clean the toilet way better than yellow or clear. Jus’ sayin’…

So, now the real challenge – DMSO! Like others, I used it on my shoulders, knees, and elbows after a shower. I’ve not found a lotion I prefer, so I use a blow-dryer to deal with the itchiness – one gets used to it over time.

But, I also took a chance and started taking DMSO via a nebulizer. DMSO is a solvent and can dissolved plastic so beware! The first time I tried this, it pitted the nebulizer baffle, which meant, I was breathing dissolved plastic – don’t do that!! So, this is what I do…

Be sure to purchase a three part cup for the nebulizer as shown below. Before using the DMSO, take out the baffle, pout in the quantity of distilled you desire, and then, pour in the DMSO, (I used 1 ½ tsp). You must mix in the DMSO into the water as it will chemically break down the plastic if it is not mixed into the water.

Not having any idea what the hell I was doing, I started nebulizing once or twice a week. It went okay, but I saw no real improvement. I then went to three times a week and after a couple weeks I could tell something was happening. Something happening is not always pleasant, so be very aware and determine for yourself if you want to proceed. For me, it felt right to go forward even if I was still sure this was benefiting.

Well, it’s been since December 2024 that I quit taking my Doctor’s prescriptions and I can do far and away more than I’ve been able to in years and years. Like I said in the headline, I do a 30 minute exercise on our elliptical. What is nice about that machine, I can pause and the clock pauses; it used to take me more than one hour to do my 30 minute walking.

Improvement is tough to gauge because you are living in the same body you are trying to impact and improve, but if you make small mile markers, you can look back and see progression; even if you think it is menial. 😁😁

Well, that’s all I got. Wish those Medical Doctors’ who are playing with this solvent had a way to contact them or at least gave an idea of their protocols, but who knows, MAHA is still in its infancy if not an annoying youngster…

Brookfield assets management

Mark Carney’s Brookfield asset management is going to prove to be a Pandora’s box of financial and political corruption.

Here is the latest synopsis of an article from Blacklock. https://www.blacklocks.ca/army-contractor-fails-audit/

The structure of the corporate subsidiaries of Brookfield is so complicated, they refer to it as the Brookfield ecosystem.

Subsidiaries and related entities in all aspects of business. In addition to their holdings in publicly traded companies.

Going to try to dive down a little bit and see what is publicly available from the Internet as I wait in the vet’s office :-)

Who’s Big Enough to Black‑Out Rumble — and the DNI — on the Same Day?
By Incryptus (@AgentGuru_io)

When the Feed Froze

Right before lunch the Rumble timeline turned to stone. Livestreams died mid‑sentence, chat scrolled once, then nothing. Four— going on six— hours later the outage is still ironclad.

At almost the same moment DNI.gov slipped into the void. The public face of America’s intelligence directorate and one of the loudest free‑speech video platforms, both snuffed out inside the same coffee break. Coincidence? Maybe. But it sure smells coordinated.

The Muscle You’d Need to Keep Them Down This Long

Planned Appearances

Art of the Day: A dinner in the vineyards. At the invite of a Burgundy wine maker, I once enjoyed a luscious dinner amidst the landscape dressed with grape vines, as we dined from locally made produce, the fresh baked bread of the local baker, the requisite mustard from Dijon and cheese from neighboring dairy farmers, accompanied by fresh fruit and vegetables from his neighbors’ gardens, and finished with wine made from the grapes of the vineyard itself, aged more than a decade in the French Oak barrels of the winery's own cellars. A most memorable way to dine.

Book Recommendation: Senator Nye: the forgotten Republican anti-war tradition.

Wisdom of the Day: “That in nearly every war it is the people who bear the burdens and that it is not the people who cause wars bringing them no advantage, but that they are caused by fear and jealousy coupled with the purpose of men and interests who expect to profit by them." Senator Gerald Nye.

Planned Appearances

Art of the Day: My dream office. A marriage of old English style study with futuristic vision enveloped by nature itself – the hard wood floors, old leathery chairs, delicate rugs, ovacular egg-shaped open-air desk, classic texts carefully bound in rising bookcases, interrupted by open windows embracing the sky, trees, and stars surrounding us, embedding the work-space into God’s creation, where the archives of nature map the eternal truths onto the soul mirrored in the many texts within and the mind’s inner narratives of the workspace itself.

Book Recommendation: Princes of the Yen by Richard Werner reveals how industrial policy rescued post-war Japan and central bank financialization destroyed it.

Wisdom of the Day: “Banks can create money out of nothing.” Richard Werner.

The Barnes Brief: Friday, April 25, 2025

Planned Appearances

Art of the Day: Old books, the kind you can find undervalued at estate sales, or hidden away in new England antiquarian book stores (as I once found an original of Uncle Tom’s Cabin), or dusted deep in the cellars of great libraries. I began collecting as a kid, having to sell early when the family hit tough financial times later on, but my fondness for old books never left. The rich leather binding, the craftsmanship of the book binders of old, the delicate care of a bookstore owner or devoted librarian, and the buried truths within these texts penned and published from a different time and place, where the written word mattered, whispering to us truths too occasionally forsaught or forgot.

Book Recommendation: War Is a Racket. The infamous text of General Smedley Butler representing the rightful protest against the war machine after witnessing the horrors of World War 1.

Wisdom of the Day: “War is but a matter of profit for the few.” Senator Gerald Nye.
