Updates and day schedule:

Hi everyone,

1) Most important: No Barnes update yet. It's still early in Vegas and I'm trying not to be a total pain in their bottom. I will text for update as soon as reasonably possible Vegas time.

2) Schedule today: I will be live, but the show might be a little late.

Live with David Krayden in 10 minutes (trying to get link to share).

Interview with Rebel at 11:00. Live with Benny Johnsons at 11:45 which might go past 12:30. Then live myself.

Re: Trump Cabinet picks.

If Bongino is cool with Susie Wiles (which he is), so am I.

Homan is da bomb.

I like the Stephen Miller effect - I don't know much about him other than media demonization, so I am inclined to like him. Just optically, I appreciate the middle-finger by bringing him back, and bringing him in certainly dampens the "Trump is Hitler" argument. lol

I like Elise Stefanilk. She was doing great work in new York going after Engoron and Letitia. I appreciate some people will take issue with her support for Israel and fears of contributing to escalation, but I don't share those concerns.

Rubio is being floated but not yet confirmed in. I like his transformation pver the years.

Lee Zeldin - don't know much about him. Will look into.

That's that's the morning wrap-up. Will get back to the grind and try not to look too stupid during today's show.

In the stupider side of the news…

I saw this story and couldn’t believe it.

“Georgia police are searching for a man who picked up $30 off a Walmart floor — and the law is on their side”

George authorities posted a picture of a man who allegedly picked up $30 he found on the ground in a Walmart.

George law requires someone who finds mislaid property to try and find the owner.

Not knowing the intricacies of Georgia law, there must be an exception for objects of minimal value. Unless you are supposed to trace down the owner of every nickel, dime and quarter you come across.

I imagine there must be an exception for petty loose cash specifically, given its fungibility. The case-law relating to “found cash” consisted of a bag of cash, with checks and deposit slips - hence identifying the owner of the cash would be easy.

This story is ridiculous.

Anarcho-tyranny.

I had a very mentally sick oldest brother who was "trans" (MTF) but like most of them he didn't get close to passing. He passed away at a care home in Dec of 2023 in the Toronto area due to his second covid jab shot (never recovered after nine months). He was a brilliant mathematician, almost flawless pianist, and great computer scientist. He never had bottom surgery, but hormones did grow breasts - very weird for every one in the family to say the least. This is why I am against the trans insanity.
