I haven’t said anything publicly about it because it’s a very personal, albeit publicly manifesting, issue.
In short: Nick, his wife, and a third person were arrested at for prohibited substance possession and firearms (apparently it’s the combination of prohibited substance and possession of firearm).
Nick has publicly descended into substance abuse, and from what I understand, not just alcohol.
Last few streams have been pretty shocking, and it’s obvious he is struggling with addiction/consumption issues.
I have reached out to Nick privately, and given him the number of someone who I hope can help on the substance abuse. The Legal side is what it is.
It feels dirty making content about this which is why I have not done so. And it is a deeply personal and private struggle that has unfortunately materialized very publicly.
Hope that resolves anybody’s questions and concerns.
You all know I am not a religious person, but I am praying for Nick. I had many dreams about his struggle last night. And I hope he can find the help he needs.

I watched the pipe bomber arrest press conference. I found it very unsatisfying. They basically said they’re not going to reveal any of the evidence for the time being, and except in accordance with the legal process.
Judge Pirro is the only one who gave the slightest indication of what the conclusive evidence was. Apparently they traced the sale/purchase of the pipe bomb cap and/or other materials to this individual.
Other than this clip, no evidence was provided during the press conference.

Theres my "good good deed" for the day. 😁 Heating Oil delivery guy showed up to fill the tank, while he was pumping the oil, he pointed towards my "jungle" area, asked how my crops ended up this year. I told him I did "alright," then asked if he grew any himself. He said no, he WISHED he owned some land, or rented a place where he could, but hes gotta buy all his own. Why I ran back inside, grabbed an entire branch I hadnt pruned fully yet, probably 3-400 dollars worth of Marijuana times its all processed, and threw it in a paper bag. One place where AI proves fun is its image generation capacity, whether for memes, dystopian dreams, otherworldly experiences, or translating photos and ideas into the templated work of famous painters. I asked it to convert this meme into a Hopper painting, and it turns out quite fun, as it blurs and blends the images into the spirit of the people and place, as Hopper so masterfully made so often.
