Class action lawsuit against google authorized in Quebec

This news came across my feed yesterday. That a class action was allegedly authorized by a judge in the Superior Court of Quebec against google/YouTube.

It is true. Here is the conclusion in the translation. To be discussed today.

Translation:

"CONCLUSION:

If Google manages and controls the content on its YouTube platform and carries out actions to that end, she cannot therefore deny all responsibility. And if she carries out censorship and impedes certain people from posting videos, and others from watching the same videos, she is impeding on the free circulation of ideas and exposes herself to having defend her conduct. Her decisions are perhaps well-founded and therefore won't incur her responsibility, but it is a legitimate question and it is patently obvious that the plaintiff possesses a simply possibility of success on the merits".

Being involved in grassroots Republican politics can make a difference. In the case of Minnesota, the big difference yesterday was the overthrow of the eGOP candidate for US Senate at the state convention, and the state party's endorsement of the outsider -- the anti-war/anti-Federal Reserve candidate, Royce White:

"White referred to Washington, D.C., as 'the swamp,' claiming that 'Amy Klobuchar is at the head of it, all this climate change and the LGBTQ.' Then he cited Klobuchar's support for military funding for both Ukraine...
