The most interesting thing to note, other than his glaring desire to put Trump in jail, is the carve-out that he gave to witnesses using the gag order as a sword, not a shield.
Five days ago, Michael Cohen tweeted that he would stop commenting about the case, until after his testimony.
Five days later, the judge says that so long as witnesses stop tweeting on a going forward basis, it won’t be a factor to consider. But it won’t be an excuse for finding contempt here, when Trump was clearly responding to their trolling. Almost coordinated.
Also, the conclusion ordering Trump to remove posts from his campaign website. Election interference.
