It seems that the Daily Wire was seeking a gag order enforcing a "non-disparagement" clause, while "inviting" Candace to debate. Some might call that "dirty".
As a lawyer steel-manning the predictable / probably response, DW will argue "Candace is still free to debate, which we welcome, just not to disparage".
What would qualify as "disparagement" as opposed to "debate"? Trust me bro...
