Here’s the video of the lectern guy “stealing” the lectern. They knew it was a lie. They knew they were lying. And people to this day still believe the lie.

It’s amazing watching this eight years later. We could never have imagine how many Rubicon’s they would cross in such a short period of time.

I’m sure many of you have heard, and Tommy will be on Tuesday to talk about it, but his UK case was tossed.

Attached is the judgment, with a few screengrab highlights.

A particular interest is how BBC is reporting it. Tossed on paperwork… Clerical error… They are conveniently, omitting a very material, subsidiary conclusion at page 14.

Even if the paperwork had been proper, and the authorization properly issued, the judge came to the conclusion. There was no basis to issue it in the first place. Or at the very least, it was “confused and confusing” such that Tommy would not have been able to be convicted.
