Given 780k in 2021 (Sept to Dec) contact with Wade signed Nov 2021 (don’t have written contract_)
Didn’t hire any staff apparently
Up to 5 mil for 2022
Needed permission to hire external counsel
Didn’t;t get it
External counsel can maintain private practice (benefit)
50% inxomw

Fani wouldn’t have been able to have hired Nathan because of country policy
Process circumvented ethical obligations
Other ASSISTANT DA’s prosecutors make 175k a year

Cross and Floryk more experience, billed much less - under 100k

Defied ethics
Made way more as external
Maintained his private practice

10 minute biling max for most external
Wade never provided detailed billing

15-18-20 Georgia needed approval didn’t get it.

Bradley talked to Merchant because he was angry at how Wade treated wife.

No happy ending for the chick

We did a methodical surgical manual shell opening of the chick that started pipping yesterday…

we gave it a full 24 hours, and there had been no movement for the last six.

Upon opening, the chick was no longer among the living.

It did not look fully developed. Hard to tell until the feathers dry off because the first two looked like total aliens immediately after they hatched.

But this one’s eyes did not look fully developed. It didn’t have very many feathers on it . Probably nothing we could have done even had we assisted cracking the egg immediately when we noticed pipping yesterday.

The only good news: some lizard or snake or resident opossum is going to get a midnight snack. We put the chick on the berm (where we put other dead fish), and I suspect it will be gone by morning.

It was an interesting experience. Totally incredible the process of life.

But alas, life is only for the fortunate.
