What To Do If Facing Mandatory Vaccine
1. Get the policy, or if a legal decree by a public official, a copy of the actual decree.
2. See if there are exemptions allowed for religious reasons, medical reasons, prior infection, or conscientious objection.
3. See if there are any accommodations allowed for those who choose to not get vaccinated, including symptomatic testing, general testing, masks, remote work, etc.
4. See if the consequences for non-vaccinated are laid out clearly.
5. See if the mandator has agreed or is aware if the health care provider and liability insurer will compensate for any vaccine injury.
6. Reach out to legal counsel and legal support groups as needed.
